====== Suśruta Project manuscript transcriptions of MS London IOLR Taylor 1842 (Eggeling 2646). ======


This is the repository for the manuscript transcriptions  of the [[https://panditproject.org/entity/108178/manuscript|MS IOLR Taylor 1842]] (Eggeling 2646).  Eggeling said that this manuscript contained the Suśrutapāṭhaśuddhi of Candraṭa, but this is a mistake based on a verse at the end of the MS. For discussion, see this [[https://sushrutaproject2.github.io/blog/2025/the-problem-of-Candrata/|blog post]]. Rather, this manuscript supports the //Suśrutasaṃhitā// together with the //Nibandhasaṅgraha// commentary of Ḍalhaṇa.
